I need to get invites out..runtime error

I installed a program for wedding invitations. When I try to run the program I get a runtime error 6 overload. Is this my computer or the software?
Please help as I need to start working on the invites.

    It might need visual basic runtimes, for VB 6.0. See if there is an install option for Visual Basic Runtimes or just Visual Basic.

    How do I see if there is an install option? It is not on the CD..just setup. I tried installing three times..get the same runtime error

    Ok, I think you have a bad CD or someone did not include the runtimes then.

    What Windows do you have??
