pip.exe???

i decided not to post this in the spyware/trojan section because i dont know what it is. but lately ill get a box on my screen, and anything that i have in front of it , and then move it or minuse it. the image gets stuck in the screen. i pinpointed the problem. i brought up my running processes and found "pip.exe" and it was NOT under system so i ended it and the random box went away. does anyone know what "pip.exe" is, and if its bad?

well i have microsoft picture it. so that would probably explain. but ive never seen it. so thats probably it. but i dont understand why, it shows up as a white box and everything freezes in it. even when pictur it isnt running. i have to close pip.exe from running processes. anyways thanx alot

yea, thats all i was worried about. now that i know its not harmfull its not really gonna bother me to end it once in a while.
