Gateway E3400 restart after updating OS
I recently updated my Gateway E3400 from NT to Win2k. When I click on restart, the computer does a normal shutdown, save settings, etc., but will try to restart and nothing happens. The computer is running with no activity and the monitor light is amber, meaning no signal from the computer. I have to power off and back on in order for it to reboot. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? My bios is 0AAUOP06. I looked out on Gateway website for a flash bios update but they did not list this one as one to update, only 01 thru 05.
