Adware Virus?WIN:Trojano-3295[trj],WIN:32 Adan-094[adw]

Hello,
I have what I see is a re-accuring adware virus that I can't seem to get rid of. My Avast anti-virus keep giving me alarms for WIN:Trojano-3295[trj],WIN:32 Adan-094[adw] and WIN: 32 Adan-078 like clockwork every 5 minutes. In addition my browser homepage keeps getting changed to WINDOWS\System32\msblank.html. Iwas able to remove the homepage take over, however I notice when I search the web Iget directed to a random site like every other search.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you please do the following.

    ===============

    We'll need to unload Spybot's Teatimer before we begin. To do this can you start Spybot and go to Tools > Resident and uncheck the box next to Tea-Timer. Make sure that the icon in the system tray is no longer there. If it is, just right click on it and select "Exit". Do not forget to re-enable it when we are done :).

    ===============

    Go to Add/Remove programs and remove(uninstall) the following, if present:

    UnSpyPC

    The above could appear anywhere within the entry. Be careful not to remove any personal or system software.

    (This program is on Spywarewarrior's rogue list of antispyware.
    false positives work as goad to purchase (1); inadequate/flawed scan/detection scheme; same app as Safe & Clean
    http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm)

    ===============

    Scan with HiJackThis, click "Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

    Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

    After rebooting, rescan with hijackthis and post back a new log. Please let me know how your pc is now.

    Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you Crunchie. I was out a couple of days. I did every thing you said and 90% of my problems are gone. No more constant adware warnings and no more home page highjacking. The only things I can't correct are: 1. When I search on-line I still get sent to a random site once or twice before I get to my correct search and 2. my system restore won't function. It restarts and gets stuck in one of those deadly blue screens stating it is restoreing files but the progress bar never moves even after 20 minutes. I don't know if you can help here but I wan't to thank you for what you've done already. I will look into donating computeer time also.
    Thanks Dave

    Note: Remember to regularly check for updates.

    I followed yoiur instructions but still have the same problems. I think my Restore It program may be corrupted and reqiire re-installment. It is giving me a code error message 0x73, vbtask.exe application error0x70dd1004 ref. memory @ 0x00144d3c could not be read. I think I can find and re-install the Restore It , although I will probably lose my old restore points.
    More bothersome to me is this problem with my online navigation. Once again every time I navigate to anywhere on-line I get re-directed to a associated site 2 times like clockwork and on the 3rd attempt I get to the proper site. I must assume somehow someone is getting credit every time I end up at those other sites. It does't affect my navigation when I go to my favorites those go directly to the correct site.
    Once again I appreciate all your time and help.

    Can you please do the following.

    ===============

    Scan with HiJackThis, then check(tick) the following, if present:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmlgt.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmlgt.exe

    Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

    ===============

    Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure you are able to view system and hidden files/ folders:

    files...

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmlgt.exe

    -

    Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in "Safe Mode".

    -

    Reboot.

    ===============

    Download the Hoster.
    Run it and press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK". Exit Program.
    Note that if you have a custom host file, this will remove it. You can edit the host file with this program too.

    ==

    Download dial a fix from http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Dialafix_Full/1131569373/2 and select what you need to attempt to fix the problem with system restore.
    It is likely you will have to reinstall the restore-it program.
