Since I can't really see what's all back there, could I, say, run a Gamecube (via RCA), VCR (via RCA), cable (via coax) and possibly a DVD player through it? If so, you may have a deal my friend. I could keep my other (almost) fixed one for backup, or sell it.
are you talking about the black RCA reciever or the silver samsung one?
both accept RCA video inputs (RCA = 3, samsung = 2), but neither will accept a coaxial cable for cabletv directly. but everything you want to hook up should work.
it would be like this...coax from wall to cable box, cable box to tv, then tv to reciever.
the inputs on the RCA are labeled...vcr1, vcr2, dss.
the inputs on the samsung are labeled...video1 and video2.

i think the RCA is 75w per channel (or each spkeaker).
a = 150w, b = 150w, quadrophonic stereo ouput = 300w total
samsung = 50w per channel x 5.1 = 300w total
sound quality is better on the RCA if you have larger floor standing speakers, the samsung sounds good with its own smaller speakers, but it doesn't work well for larger ones.
it is more of a budget board with few tweaking options. would make a great office pc or something if you have an old socket A laying around!
it is brand spanking new in the box--only opened once for testing. i was helping my gf's mom out with computer problems and i deduced that she needed a new mobo since her other socket A one had buldging caps. i purchased it online, but before i could install the new mobo her mom went out and bought a whole new compaq pc! :banghead:

yes the pc100 is good as far as i can remember. it was pulled from a working system a few years ago. it has been sitting in a static bag ever since.
i would do a few passes of memtest on it, but i don't have a rig right now that accepts pc133/100. however if you wait a a few days i think i might be able to throw an old pII 400mhz machine together so i can memtest it for you. if the system works, then i will post to this thread after i test it.
i shouldnt post in the morning.
