Spyware CWS-topher

Hi,
I've definitely got some spyware on my computer, it takes nearly a minute for anything to load, and freezes frequently. I used Spybot S&D, and it found a few entries, but was unable to remove them, and asked to run on restart, but was still unable to remove it, a bunch of them appear to be CoolWeb, and I tried CWShredder but it didn't find anything. Can anyone please help me remove these entries and any others that are on here? Thanks:bigggrin: here's my hijackthis log:

    Where does Spybot say these entries are located?

    They were found as registry changes within settings, user settings, and trusted sites. I tried manually looking through the registry, but I couldn't find them to change it back. Spybot says problems couldn't be fixed because the associated files are still in use(in memory).

    Oh, well that's curious, sorry about that, but is there any other spyware on my computer, because it seems to take a long time for anything to load, and seems really slow.

    How much RAM do you have installed on your computer? McAffee is a HUGE hog on RAM, which could be slowing you down. To keep your virus/spyware protection, but still speed up your system you could fix these two entries:
