Backdoor Trojan still persistent

There are two more items that are problems:
1) Nortan finds/quarantines some virus found in "C:\Windows\Temp\018907300" but I can not Open or Delete this folder - even in Safe-Mode with System Restore turned off.

2) I am also getting a conflict/problem with "winlogon.exe" at start up - it says something about not finding in the registry.

    Hi,

    Can you do the following:


    Update Spy Sweeper so it has the latest definitions


    Download Dr.Web Anti-Virus from here. Select download Dr.Web for Windows workstations, English installation and save the file to your desktop.


    Download CCleaner and install, then run it.
    1. Uncheck "Cookies" under "Internet Explorer".
    2. Click on Run Cleaner in the lower right-hand corner. This can take quite a while to run.
    3. Close when finished.


    Reboot your computer


    Double-click the "drweb-cureit.exe" on your desktop and click "OK" at the prompt window that will open, stating an "Express Scan of your PC".

    It will first make a quick scan of your system, let it clean what it finds, and when it says "done" click on the green screwdriver at the top.

    Go to the Actions Tab and select Delete from the drop-down menu for the following:

    - Adware
    - Dialers
    - Riskware
    - Hacktools

    Hit Apply and OK

    Click on the drive(s) you want to scan. A red dot will mark the selected drive(s). Then hit the green arrow in lower right corner, it will now scan your drive(s). Close Dr.Web when the scan is complete.



    Do a full system scan with Spy Sweeper



    Reboot again and post a new HJT log :)
