How do i tell whether RAM is operating @ 1:1 w/ FSB?

I just got myself some new RAM that should be capable of some OCing. I have a couple questions though...
please enlighten me if some of these questions are way off of understanding what is going on inside my computer...Thanks all.
1. what does hypertransport link in nTune mean?
2. if my memory is at 225mhz and so is my HTT/FSB, does that = 1:1?
3. how do tell if my memory is running at ddr400 speeds and not ddr333 speeds (a program or anything?)
4. is it better to just crank the FSB up as much as i want and let the RAM divide down or whatever OR try to keep it at 1:1
