Need help stopping redirected web pages.

My daughter's computer got infected with a virus that disabled her virus protection (PC-Cillin). I could not even go to TrendMicro's home page, reinstall the Pc-Cillin or any other virus scan or even run HJT for a log. I was finally able to run AntiVir Personal Edition that quarantined 3 files containing viruses (including c:\windows\system32\knisdrnac\csrss.exe and \smss.exe). Are these files needed? I get an error that these files cannot be found when I reboot. I have rerun AdAware and SpyBot which detected 61 redirected webpages that it did not detect before. I still cannot reinstall my PC-Cillin. I disabled the AntiVir to do so, but would not reinstall the Pc-Cillin. Do I need to uninstall the AntiVir first? My HJT log follows:

You may have to do this in safe mode.
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\your logon name here\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and delete the file csrss.lnk manually.
If you cannot delete it, please post back the exact path to the file.
