Neon shell for windows?

edited January 2006 in Science & Tech
Hey all, this is my first post to these forums so if this post is misplace, my apologies.

I have recently entered the market for a windows shell to replace the standard explorer, and found references so something interesting. a shell named Neon, first released in 2002. according to the description, it is a shell with its own shell building application. so methinks "hmm, ultimate customizability". The problem is that I cant seem to find it anywhere, except from the original site, and apparently that has been taken over from btinternet.com where it was hosted, which has since been bought by yahoo. The name of the company was inuit software. so heres my question

does anyone know what has happened to this company or this sight, and most importantly does anyone know where I can find a copy of this shell
