Is this worth it?

I was looking at video cards on Newegg and found this one..

it's a eVGA Geforce 7800GT w/ 256 megs of ram. But you also get a free eVGA 133-K8-NF41 motherboard. I was just wondering if this is worth it or not? I am going to be getting a new motherboard so I didn't know if this would be a good replacement for the MSI K8N Neo4 Plantinum motherboard that i was looking at buying.

Keep in mind they'll probably charge you more for shipping - they do that with Free Combo items.

It's not a bad deal. Its not the fastest board out there, but it will get the job done.
