Better overclocker?

Have the option between two steppings for a 2500+ Barton. There any difference with this model between these steppings?

Stepping Code: AQXEA 0330 XPMW or 0331 TPMW.

Oh, and if anyone has a site with stepping code definitions for each letter and whatnot, would appreciate it

My Barton 2500+ is the AQXEA 0331 TPMW.
Runs Prime95 stable @ 2.25 GHz (180x12.5) on an A7N8X with the Vantec AeroFlow @ stock voltages.

I can post @ 2.375 (190x12.5), but it crashes when it enters Windows XP (still @ stock voltages and Vantec Aeroflow).
