Can you post the "client.cfg" file? Quick note... raise the "Interval, in minutes, between checkpoints (3-30)" to 30 minutes.

Looking at Stanford, that is a 153 point Amber and it shouldn't take 40 minutes to complete one step. I'm not sure HOW long it SHOULD take but 40 minutes seems a bit much.

I don't believe the PMD's use any optimizations(sp?). Just for giggles, what speed is the processor running at?

    40 min-frame does seem a bit excessive.

What I was wondering, is it running at 100fsb or 133? (IIRC 1.67 ghz).
    If I hadn't done it I wouldn't ask.

    Short of overclocking, I don't know:scratch:

I'll check my XP rig to see if I had that unit on it yet. Maybe that's just the way it is?

Might be better to set it up to fold deadlineless WUs. I did that on IC_11 and it folds about one WU per day, 200-something points (a considerable improvement on its previous average when it was getting luck-of-the-draw).

That's what I ran on it here during the testing process. You'll come close to 1,000/ppw with them.
