:aol: my 80 Gb is full, i have a 160 sata installed and formatted.
i'd like to just make the 160 the main drive and remove the 80 for a folding box in progress.
is there a way or procedure to copy ie like norton ghost, the 80 to the 160 and not have to reinstall everything?
I don't think the copy paste command will work.
No rush, I'm not doing this till the taxes are filed.

thanks

I know the drive manufacterers usually have a utility you can download that will transferr the information over for you. It'll be something like a floppy I think, that loads at bootime and you simply follow theonscreen directions to transferr windows to the new drive. It's pretty straight forward but it's been a while since I needed to do this last.
