Spyware Strike

Edited to add: I'm blind, otherwise I would have just added this to the thread right below mine as we are having the same exact problem. Sorry about that, but I'm not what you would call completely lucid right now. Too much :beer: last night.

Was referred here by a friend to help with this issue. My computer keeps downloading a file entitled "spyware strike" that appears to be letting in other malware and viruses and slowing down my computer. Even after manually uninstalling this file, it keeps popping back up. Also getting an annoying pop-up dialog bubble in the bottom corner of my desktop that sends me straight to their (spyware strike's) website if I click on it that I can't get rid of. Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Lizard. I know what those kind of nights can be like but don't go posting in anyone else's thread :)

    Anyway you're missing the very top of your log:

    Platform: Windows XP SP1 (WinNT 5.01.2600)
    MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP1 (6.00.2800.1106)

    There should be a couple of lines above these that are pretty important. Could you post another log and be sure to include the entire header. Thanks. :D
