I had everything up and running last week but couldn't get the NIC to work. I tried all the drivers for the Realtek 8139B and its counterparts but none ever worked. :( I finally got my machine, which is the only one with a burner up and running today and burned a disc with everything I could find but still no dice. So tomorrow I will go get a new NIC and have it up and running. It was hard to try to do much without a network connection or another puter with a burner. :banghead:

Thank you for the offer. But I will just go to Office Depot in the morning and pick one up for under $15.00.

I just shipped 2 or 3 off to Prof, too :(

Oh well. At least NICs are cheap these days.
