How do I make thumbdrives automatically open when I connect it?

Okay everytime I connect my thumbdrive, I get the prompt, what do I want to do with this device open with... burn cd....explore....etc....., but I want it to open automatically when I connect it.

I check the do this everytime, box, but I still comes up.

Is there some other way?
