Epox8RDA3+ BIOS needed with 4.2.76 SATA BIOS

I'm also having trouble with the Sil 3112 SATA controlen on my mobo (system freezing for 20-30 sec). I replaced my old BIOS (4.2.47 SATA) with a moded one I found on this forum (4.2.50 SATA) and it didn't fix the problem. I was wondering if anyone has a BIOS for this mobo with the latest SATA BIOS (4.2.76)? If not, how can I insert the SATA BIOS downloaded from the Silicon Image web site into my existing mobo BIOS? I wold appreciate any help solving this annoying bug. Thanks!
