hi i am tryin to use my scanner but its askin for MulLngSb.dll and MulLangC.dll does any1 no were i can get these for free ty benq 3300u

    Those files appear to be for multi-language support. Have you tried reinstalling the drivers? You may want to try the English Only driver (assuming that's the language you prefer). There is also a multi-language driver available.

    its for the additional software u can use called copier.exe an scanbutton.exe cos usin the main 1 is to slow an if i need 10 copies of 1 page i have 2 scan 10 times
