X800 XT To What??

Hi.
I'm upgrading from my X800XT which has a stock 500/500 oc'd to 595/595.

I'm looking at the 8600GS 512mb version as a possibility.
Also the future 7600's.
What are eveybody's thoughts?

    I think the 7600's are just slightly modified 6600's.
