Asrock has future proofed its AMD motherboards by giving a Future port slot in which you can plug a card to upgrade.

Well, the card is already out there. It is pictured on a 939SLI2-eSATA2 board from Asrock. It can accommodate up to four DDR2 DIMMs.

And to whoever posted right above me, look at the HRM around the socket on the board. It is definitely using the new HRM style mounted with 4 holes instead of 2 holes like the regular A64 HRM. The socket should look almost exactly the same anyways as socket AM2 is a 940 pin socket, just keyed differently than the present socket 940 for server procs.
