Help computer Screen gone sideways!!

i admit this is my fault i was pressing cntrl, alt,another with like the windows flag on it, and the directional buttons simutaneously. Now my screen has made a 90 degree turn and i have bend my neck to the left in order to see the screen. can any one please guide me on how to return things back to normal.

    Right click on the desktop - click properties. Somewhere in your display properties you may see something like "screen rotation" - look around in there.

    There are many monitors that turn 90 degrees, so that's why that function exists.

    that was the first thought that came to my mind but i couldn't find that function. i just double checked and still couldn't find it

    Never mind, after right clicking on the desktop i went to graphic options and was able to solve the problem. thanks for your help.
