Warped AOC Spectrum 9GlrsA monitor

edited March 2006 in Hardware
Hello everyone.

I found your forum this week and thought it was very useful regarding a problem I had with a HP P1110 which had a washed out screen. I am a hardware guy but sadly not with monitors.

* Here is my current problem:
I have a AOC Spectrum 9GlrsA monitor. It would not show anything at one point and I had a local guy here look at it for me. It came back and the resolution is simply fantastic! The weird problem I have with it now is that the footer of the screen is warped upwards and cannot be reshaped by the onboard settings. Every other setting can be altered except this apparent bow a the bottom.

It is not a big deal really but after looking on this screen for some time and using AutoCad where lines and meeting points are required it can be a pain. I have Adobe Photoshop running too and I cannot alter Gamma via 'adobe Gamma'.

PC:
Seagate SATA 80 Gig.
MSi 875p Mobo
Radeon 7000 Video card
Sound blaster Soundcard
Pentium 4 2.6+

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
