how to view last modified file in a folder?

in my music folder i like to figure out the last modfied fodler, but soemtimes, when i click on arrane by, the modified option is tnot there. Help please?

    You can try and hit refreash a few times. Also check if your cache is on. Do this by going to Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Files and Folders -> Do not cache thumbnails. this should be checked. It can sometimes mess with your folders.
