Small Windows error screen keeps popping open!

I've had one annoying problem for a couple months now. It occurs somewhat randomly, but it happens on THIS site a LOT.

When I click on a link or page or topic to open it, I'll get a Windows error sound, and a small 2-3 inch square window will open in the middle of the screen. In the thick blue border at the top it'll say "Error", then it has a red X circled in the main part of the window.

It'll read "A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?
Line: 2961 (or whatever number the line may be)

Error: Expected ')'

YES NO (in their own button boxes near the bottom of this 2-3 inch square window).

If I click on yes it takes me to another window that says "Just in time debugging" and it's a microsoft script editor, and if I click yes on that I can see the programming code on the screen, but I don't mess with it. I just click no to get out of it.

Most of the time I click the NO button and it then opens the page, or I get the error screen and sound again, this time with a different line number.

It's getting annoying. How can I fix it?

And like I said before, it seems to happen on this site more than anywhere else. Some days I won't see it at all, some websites do it more than others.

No one knows anything about this? Surely someone has seen it before.

It's been happening to me on msn.com for the past few days also.
