Backed out, hit refresh and like, WTF..............what's happening.
Dealing with people of my age you have to be GENTLE. Need lots of advance notice.:smiles:

Ooooh you cheeky monkey Dan
Do you have the proper permits for this re-modeling project?
Oh yea! Does "Forums in Flux" mean we need to keep an eye to the sky for a giant ball of solder coming our way?
I'll try to maintain a safe work area
I can understand paring things down, the forums were getting kind of sprawled.
also, some of the descriptions end in periods, others no punctuation. It's a little annoying, but nothing that needs to be fixed urgently.
Obviously, I made more organizational changes today as well. Most notably, I grouped all the areas that make this a great community into the "Short-Media Neighborhood" at the bottom of the board, and also moved our "Specialized Support" area below Hardware and Software. I think this makes a lot more sense, especially for new people trying to find their way around. Our community is what makes this place unique, so I wanted to highlight that and simplify the layout further at the same time.
