Caught the trojan.zlob.d bug, how to kill it?

Yeah, I think I clicked on a file I should not have this morning. now i have this trojan.zlob.d that will not go away. I have found it the process I need to kill in Process Explorer (mmsearchnet.exe) but if I turn it off it comes right back. Some crap named SpyFalcon.exe comes up too. How can I remove this mess, its aggravating me beyond belief.

I dont know where the mmsearchnet.exe process is running out of, like what file its hidden in. I read up on the trojan, but they all link back to Symantec and use their software...can I remove it w/o dealing w/ them?
