Hi Everyone,

I never did get around to putting this stuff on ebay, so I wanted to post it here one last time.

Up for grabs is the following:
Dangerden D4 Pump (12V DC, 3/4" ID) - 1/2" clearflex tubing works, just needs to be placed in hot water and then stretched over the barbs. It is a tight fit, but it will work with some elbow grease. This is a 'DC 12V pump' and is powered by a standard molex connector. No fancy relays etc are required.

Dangerden TDX for Athlon 64 (copper model, with plexi top) - Includes all mounting hardware, and several accelerator nozzels. #4 currently installed, and a good match for the D4. Its in very good shape.

HWLabs Black Ice Extreme 2 (BIX2) including 2x fans - In perfect working order (no leaks etc), but looks a little dinged up. I bought this second hand, and it could use a paint job. Fins are in pretty good condition, and it performs very well.. no issues there. I'll get some more detailed pics of it soon. Some of the screw theads are a little stripped, but not bad. This revision of the BIX2 has fixed barbs which is really nice, so less of a chance for it to leak. 2x Panaflow 'High' 120MM fans 104CFM fans included. BX Models with RPM monitoring, 3-pin tails. Very nice fans. 2x 120MM chrome wire grills are included.

Dangerden Maze4 GPU (Red) - Mounting hardware included, fits all 9x00 and X8xx series Radeon cards, and numerous nvidia cards. Some minor tarnishing, and R480 logo burned in a bit :) Still works great.

Clearflex 1/2" tubing - Several pieces of used Clearflex 1/2" ID tubing. I also have about 2-3 feet of brand new clearflex, never used. The used stuff is stained green.

Criticool resevoir - (small model) with 1/2" brass fittings. Teflon tape is needed to create a seal on the threads, I will include a roll or two if I can find it.

1x bottle of Swiftec water additive - (does not need much, trust me, use 1/4 of what they recommend). It is UV reactive if that matters to anyone :)

Misc accessories - 1x T-connector and a couple of 1/2" elbows, A few metal 1/2" plumbing grade (screw on) fastners. I think I have a lot of extra Dangerden block mounting hardware as well. I will throw that in if I can find it.

I'd really like to sell everything together. I will however sell a minimum of two components listed below to a single buyer. (see pricing below)

The whole shabang: $165US

Any two of the below can be purchased together (just add the cost of the two).

Pump: $45USD
TDX: $39USD
BIX2 w/fans: $45USD
Maze-4 GPU: $29USD
All Accessories (resevoir, tubing, connectors, additive): $20USD

I paid around $400CDN for everything last year :( so I hope that my price is reasonable.

I'd prefer non-cc Paypal payment if possible. PM me if this is a problem. Shipping via. Canada Post/USPS ground (tracking number included) is free for anywhere in Canada, and $10US for anywhere in the lower 48 states. If you just want two items, and not everything, shipping will be only $5.00USD for american buyers.

I will get some detailed pics posted in this thread by tomorrow :)

Pictures as promised.. (sorry, some of them turned out a tad blurry..) let me know if you would like me to retake any at specific angles etc..

As you can see, the BIX2 is 'well used' and could certainly use a paint job.. it has faded purple. I bought it second hand, so someone may have tried to do a 'custom' paint job on it or something. It works great though, no leaks, and performs well. It has some deeply nested dust bunnies that I'll try to clean out for you though :)

Just so you know, that Maze 4 will not fit nVidia cards beyond the FX series without a new top and mounting hardware kit so you might need to check out Danger Den's site if you're running a 6XXX or 7XXX series card.

The top is easy to replace, cheap and will remove that evil aluminum from your loop.

@tmh: No, I'm afraid not, but I'm sure you can find them easy enough through most retailers. When I was watercooling my X850, I never bothered to use ramsinks, and my OC did not suffer much as a result. I think the XL should be fine without them.. Does it have ram cooling out of the box?

@matmat: Thanks for pointing that out.

one more thing, will any 1/2" tubing work? I wanna get some of that cool looking blue UV reactive tubing. I'll probably order from xoxide because its only like $1.50 per foot...not bad

It depends. As you can see in the picture with the pump, the tubing needs to be able to stretch a fair bit over the inlet/outlet. I know clearflex 60 works fine. You just have to let the ends of the tubing sit in really hot water for a minte or two before trying to stretch it over the inlet/outlet. Once its on there, you don't even need any clamps. It holds very strongly. There are lots of 'UV' additives that you can put in your loop to give it the same effect. That swiftech stuff I'm including does glow green :) Tends to stain the tubing after a while though.

If you're talking about Primoflex tubing then yes, it will work. Primoflex is about 70% more stretchy than Clearflex 60, Primoflex is silicone tubing as opposed to vinyl so I'm sure that you can appreaciate the difference.

http://www.xoxide.com/primoflex-12id-34od-uvblue.html just in luck, this stuff is primoflex.

How many feet of this do you think I'll need If im going to use it for the system that lemonlimes selling me?
  • edited March 2006
Get 10 feet, 7 feet is more than enough to do it twice with no mistakes in placement but just to be safe, you know how it is...

    Unless I'm mistaken you'll need 8.

edit:\ I did a little search and found a few pics. It appears that there are 4 mem chips on the front and 4 on the rear. So I think you're safe with 8 minimum.

Very nice cooling setup btw ...especially for the price.

Hey guys, thanks for the interest..

tmh88 had some other hardware problems crop up, so couldn't buy. I've decided to keep the gear and get my second PC setup on H2O once again. Its been a while, and digging up this stuff has sparked my interest in it once again :)

    Thanks..
