I wanna work with linux some now, so if I install it will I have trouble installing XP later on with a different drive on the same system? I can't remember what order it goes, I am pretty sure your supposed to install windows first then Linux, but that just ain't the way it's gonna go for me. I'll be installing Windows 98 when I get a chance to get it... maybe I'll just reinstall linux again and learn something new, maybe by then I'll wanna try out a different flavor.

It really doesn't matter which order you do them in. The only issue is if the Windows install will be smart enough to not over write the boot loader. If it does you can just boot from a live CD and restore it.

Windows always overwrites the MBR so you'll have to tell Grub to reinstall itself into the MBR every time you install Windows, as Skryking said, easiest thing to do is to boot a LiveCD, chroot into your installation and re-grub.
