German XP Laptop
A friend of mine just got a laptop while he was in Germany. Is there any way tochange the native XP language to English from German? For some reason the CD drive is not functioning like it should, not even being picked up by what I am assuming is "My Computer" so I guess I am addressing 2 issues here. Can anyone help me with this issue?
