Toolbar Help

I am running WinXP Pro with a customized theme. I have been using a custom toolbar at the top of my desktop for weeks now when I accidentally closed it last night and now I can't get it back. I can create a new toolbar within the Taskbar and resize them accordingly but I cannot drag it to the top of the desktop where I want it. I

Lock Taskbar is unchecked.

User Config -> Admin Templates -> Desktop -> Prevent adding, dragging, =
dropping & closing Taskbar
User Config -> Admin Templates -> Desktop -> Prohibit adjusting desktop =
toolbars

And I tried disabling both of those settings with no sucess yet. Anyone have any ideas?

    hi ,
    why dont you set the desktop back any win xp theme and after that change to the customized :one , so that the toolbar will be restore as before.

    i appreciate your response. however, in the time that i first posted this i did try that, twice as a matter of fact with no luck. its really peeving me out to be honest, very small problem yet i can't seem to find any resolve. well i was planning to format anyways but i think i am purposely procrastinating just to see if i can fix this, i hate when i can't fix things on my machine, especially small ones.

    please keep me posted if you hear of anything or think of any other methods that might work.
