SATA Raid Silicon Image won't boot correctly
I have a new Dell Dimension.
I have a Silicon Image Sata Raid 3112 installed, 2 80gig seagates.
Card installed, raid 1 array set up, and I installed windows xp home on it.
I can boot from it ONLY as long as the original C drive is connected.
If I disconnect this drive it won't boot.
In the BIOS I can see the sata raid array in the hard drive sequence, but not in the boot sequence.
Any help? Thank you!
