Larger storage size and larger Picture taking capabilities that is. Samsung recently announced new models due out in Korea towards the end of the year, one with an 8GB hard disk and the other boasting a 10 Megapixel camera. I'd imagine these will be fairly pricey to start with, but when this technology trickles down to mainstream handsets you'll have masses of storage and a reasonable quality camera with you at all times.

A little research turned up this:

I'm guessing that's where Samsung is getting the hard drives from. 8-10GB in a 1" unit is quite impressive.

If you add in 3G capability you now have the potential for a unit with a 10 megapixel camera, always on fast internet connection and a 10GB hard drive all in a unit you can carry in your pocket. Considering the low resolution, slow network speed phones we have at the moment have already been put to uses such as scanning barcodes and OCR functions like Business card grabbing who knows what new applications people will come up with for these wonders of modern technology.
