From HP to new everything except cpu

    AMD athlon XP2400+, 1GB PC2700, 80GB, 200GB, 9600XT

Had this since 01 bought everything myself at the age of 14 for $800 then just upgraded everything. Everything is working flawlessly except it restarts randomly sometimes. handles CS, movies, HL2 is acceptible. no viruses/spyware for a long time.

A few people here use 5 or so machines with similar specs each day? What do you use them all for? (don't say folding as that is a background service and it's not you 'using' the machine...).

    Anyways...

    Pentium 4 2.4Ghz, 512MB DDR, Radeon Mobility 9000.

I use my rigs for rendering, I run 3Ds max and do tons of side projects and it is nice to have a mini render farm at home. I also find it usefull to have a few extra gaming rigs for when friends without comps can play whenever they want to. Sledge's house is always open for gamers :)
