DDR Prices Firm "Thanks Intel"

Since the 865G chipset clearance, spot market pricing for both DRAM and NAND flash showed positive growth in the week from March 29 to April 4, according to figures posted by DRAMeXchange.

Price trends were more positive for DDR than DDR2 though, as only one DDR2 segment saw a pricing rebound, with the 512 Mbit DDR2-400 segment seeing prices increase 4.56%.
