    pl. list the steps that you have taken to make the eth0 to work. i have the same problem. i am using the same mother board as u had indicated. my second hard drive has got fedora 5.

    the steps are discussed in the postings - but they are beyond me. i am a windows guy interested in learning linux.

    which is dual bootable , on which my WINDOWS XP is working fine with intrnet

    i cannot find my ether net eth0, below given is the o/p
