Is there a formula for figuring out how much bandwidth is needed for setting up VoIP?

12KB both ways for Vonage. I didn't need a confusing web app to figure it out either. :)

Smidge, thx, for office environment tho.

    Thrax,

Thanks, but my head started to hurt looking at that calculator...

I've got 12 users in my Phoenix office I want to set up on VoIP through the Tucson to Phoenix connection I already have. Trying to figure out how much more bandwidth I need on top of the 12-14Mb/S they have strictly for data right now..
