"Warning Spyware threat detected! System Error 1752" I am getting this as well. I followed the above directions and got as far as a white nothingness part. I don't have this file--->C:\WINDOWS\system32\intell321.exe to delete though I do recall it earlier and it was cleaned out.

How do I get the white nothingness to go away if I don't have C:\WINDOWS\system32\intell321.exe to delete?

    I had the same problem with the white screen. Move your curser to the top of your screen and you will see another "toolbar". On the far left there is a down arrow. Right click and close. It made my white screen go away. I don't know if it is a permanent fix, we will have to wait and see if we can get another answer from someone that knows more than me.
