XBox Murder Trial Begins

The Trial of three men accused of killing up to six people with aluminium baseball bats in a dispute over an XBox has started in Orlando.
Some of the victims were killed in their sleep while others were said to be unable to resist the attack, which took place in August 2004.

    I hope they baste'em with butter, cause their gonna fry for sure. Anyone who would kill someone over a game system doesn't deserve to live anyway. Now we get to spend more tax money keeping these jacktards alive long enough to fry. I say take'em out behind the courthouse and let them swing from the highest branch them can find.

    Those people should get a life..

    I don't think they're worried about getting a life...I think they're worried about 2 things. I think they're worried about keeping the life the have, and fending off Bubba and Tyrone in the state pen.

    Not really no. I also think it should be used on repeat sex offenders and child molesters.

    My view on the death penalty is very simple. Make it as public and as painful as you can. We need to work on crime deterance in this country and less on criminal upkeep in prisons.

    Well the trial is over and the jury has recommended death for two of the men. The murders took place about 3 miles from the Elementary School where my girlfriend works.

    yeh, im in favor of the death penalty too, but I think an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, so some people say death for sex offenders/rapist, as sick and disgusting as I think that is, I dont think you should kill them, just pull out the scissors and go snip snip, problem solved.

    Now for that dude, yeh, it is gonna cost us money no matter what, even if he fries, how many kilwatts are we gonna waste on him, and if he gets a lethal injection, that will cost a lot, lets just go to lowes, buy a $5 rope, and finish that sucker off; I will even tie the noose if they dont know how too:bigggrin:

    it should have AT LEAST been over an unopened NES box with the original ROB still in it
