My laptop had been attacked with unfixed viruses

Kindly pls help me...
My laptop got attacked many times with some viruses. I already try live update my norton 2005 antivirus, spyware doctor and trojan remover but still not working..
The viruses are:
File Name Threat Name
k4nv.exe W32.Spybot.Worm
asappsrv.dll Spyware.ISearch
command.exe Spyware.ISearch
netmon.exe Spyware.ISearch
I'd been try to scan them from safe mode but still couldn't delete them...even couldn't quarantine them.
PLSSSSS help me.
