PC Wireless Router Connection to Xbox 360
I dont know how many of you have messed with the setting up of a PC and xbox 360 for file sharing but hopefully you can answer my networking questions I have my pc hooked up to my dlink di624 router via a dlink DWLG810 bridge. Then i have my xbox 360 hooked up via a 360 wireless network adaptor. Both systems can access the internet and the router picks them up fine. Now in order to get the file sharing you download a file and then it loads windows media connect. Then its SUPPOSED to find your 360 and then your 360 should see the pc on the network. Now when i run the software my pc finds and accepts the 360 the problem is the 360 cant see anything. My main question is that in all of the xbox.com files it says you must have your pc hard wired to the router for this to work. Would my bridge be having any affect. I cant see how the type of connection the pc is using would affect the 360 even seeing it but just figured i would check. Also any ideas of how to get this to work would be appreciated.
