Secure and Monitor Server/Network
Are there any free utilities for windows server 2003 
web edition. So I can check what program's use up the most network resources. Log user changes, and export them to a website or something like that so I can look at. This is for a game server for a clan. They have reported to me that they have been hacked a couple of times.
When I look at the log's for the games I see console commands, which means they were executing it fron the server command line prompt. I would like to log when the user's log on and their computer name/IP, time on time off what they modified etc.
Is there also a way to distribute bandwith to certian applications or set priority for one application over another. They keep telling me that they are having a large amount of choke on their counter stirke source games. But when I go into their games I have a very low choke, ping, etc. But when I look at their ping, etc. It is very high.
