    BF2 Standard... Perhaps Euro Forces, since it's only $10 if people want to pick it up, it's a cheap way to get a few extra good maps, etc. :)

    Special forces.... meh... I don't personally think it's worth the $30 or whatever...

    I have all three of those but none of the expandsions... guess I'll need to start looking for cheap used licenses...

    what do you mean by none of the expansions? is there expansions for UT2K4 or HL2? or are you just talking BF2?

    I would just get the Euro Forces expansion pack for BF2. It only costs $10.

    I would LOVE to play some Yahtzee and Monopoly... Oh bring it....

    I'll also introduce you all to the wonders of a board game called Sequence.. It is a game that can turn groups of friends into bitter enemies. For real. :D

    Why are all of the games FPSs?

    I recommend GTA2, Soldat, Liquid Wars 5, and Civ 4 as great LAN games.

    I'm up for some Rome and maybe some other games.... I am NOT buying a ton of game like I have the past two times... I have yet to install Halo!!! :(

    I can probably get Keys for BFME1 so everyone can play the game.. maybe give a day or 2 for people to learn the game... than just have the tournament at the end...

    oh man I SO wish I could get good at strategy games... last year I tried really hard to enjoy Rome Total War, but ended up giving it to checkmate because I was so bored to tears by it. If I'm gonna buy another strategy game this year, should I get Civ IV or AoE?

    Rome total War rocked.... until SewerTroopr showed me how to get my butt beat in 3 minutes!!!! :D

    I agree with you Prime, I would call myself a hradcore RTS player and I did think RTW was Boaring and drawn out... sorry QCH :)

    TBH BFME2 wipes the floor with any RTS currently, even BFME1 was pretty good, if you liek to build mass armies and just fight. Like I said give me the go ahead and I could possibly get BFME1 copies for the guys :)

    So, are we going to play Halo for the PC? I bought it last year thinking that we were going to be playing it. ( I got confused.) and what about Rome: Total War?
