internet problems! + many others probably.

hi
ive got some problems going on with my internet and opening of anything that needs to connect to the internet. am suspecting to do with the file waxw2k.dll
heres my log report any help would be great, plus think theres alot of bad stuff on the computer too from having others downloading on it!

Please download Seeker's SpSeHjfix here:

Unzip it to the desktop but do NOT run it yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

Once in Safe Mode, please run SpSeHjfix.bat. Click "Start Disinfection" and follow the prompts. Allow your computer to reboot when required. Post the logfile from the tool here for me in your next reply.
Now restart your computer. You should get back to normal mode.


Now launch HijackThis and place a checkmark by the following entries:]

Close all other windows except HijackThis and press "Fix Checked". Then close HijackThis and restart the computer.


Upon reboot, we will need to unhide the system files for a while.

• Click Start.
• Open My Computer.
• Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
• Select the View Tab.
• Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
• Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) 0option.
• Click Yes to confirm.
• Click OK.

Navigate to and delete the following file if it still exists:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\waxw2k.dll ->file

Then re-hide the system files.
