HELP! Anyone here good with BartPE??

I've made a BartPE disk, just don't know how to add in the plugins I need to save the data off the bad HD from my laptop.

What I need:

Need a plugin that will activate the USB ports on my laptop, so I can transfer the data to my jumpdrives, or a plugin that will allow me to burn my data off onto a CD.

If you could walk me through setting up either of these, I'd be eternally grateful.

probly the only thing you need to do is add the USBSTORE files to the ISO using winiso. there are like 4 dll's that go with it.

Bart PE builder comes with a Nero plugin, if you have a full version of nero you can use that.

I have used Nero v5.5.10.35 for testing, but I assume that ever v5.5.10.x version will work (not sure).

Copy all files from the nero directory into the plugin\nero burning rom\files directory:

Edit the penero.inf file and uncomment the software.addreg section, change the username, company name and your nero serial.

It should look something like this:

For Nero6 you should also copy shfolder.dll from your system32 folder to plugin\nero burning rom\files.
