Not anything specific about this article, but I've noticed lately that the quality of writing in technology journalism is progressively becoming worse.
You don’t want any of those nasty scratches from appearing on your precious media box, do you? It’s a complete eye soar and one you can completely avoid.
Here is an SAT question for you: can you spot the errors in these two sentences?
You wouldn't want to put any nasty scratches into your new and expensive toy would you? Such scratches are an eyesore and can easily be avoided by using proper protection.
I find that writing the same message multiple ways and choosing the best option produces understandable writing and allows me to have a coherent style.
