Right now my Gamecube has RCA cables, I am curious if there is a coax cable I can get for this? The reason is so I can bring it with me to work and play on my laptop :P

Coax, as in the stuff cable TV comes on? Any place that sells gamecube accessories should sell them (usually called RF adapters).

Well the VGA on my laptop is an output, the only input I really have is a type of coax cable, I'll just use the TV Tuner and have fun ;)

If your TV tuner has S-Video in, use that if you can. It'll look a little better

Yeah I would love too, been trying to find out if I have S-Video IN though. Not sure about that, but probably not.

Do you mean "coax" as in composite, or RGB?

Gamecubes come with composite video (the yellow connector). RGB is actually better than both composite and S-Video, but I've never heard of a laptop with such an input.

Coaxial Cable as in regular good ol' fashioned cable... cable internet, cable TV, etc... My laptop has a port, smaller than coaxial, but I plug in a cable that allows the cable connection.

Nothing special, just allows me to watch TV on my laptop. I'll plug in the Gamecube, turn the TV Tuner on, change it to the proper channel. Just like regular TV, but portable and at work :)

Ahh. In that case yeah, an RF adapter is what you want. Usually they'll tune whatever signal you input into channel 3 or 4.

Finally got to play with it a bit, looks good enough, a little blurred but I am gonna tweak it a bit... but it's pretty damned nice. Wish the GC was a bit more portable though, a cube is just akward.

I thought the cubes had handles? Doesn't get much more portable than that ;D

Not very streamlined, it's small, small enough I could hide in a bag of some sort so if my boss comes in he doesn't get upset. Our workplace has a "out of sight, out of mind" POV, which I love. It doesn't fit too well at all in my laptop bag, I might go get a new one and mod it a bit.
