Can anyone please help me is there a possibility to convert from RAID 0+1 to RAID 5 ?

not gonna happen unless you have a really high end raid card. i dont even actually think mine can do that.
your best bet is to archive off all of your data, break down the array and then rebuild it as a raid 5

no raid card I have ever heard of will do that and I have used most high end cards in the market.
Its called back it up and restore. And your writes will suck on most cards also with raid-5.
