Batch file command for CMD

I am on a network where acces is not allowed to the command prompt. Is there a batch file command to run the command prompt? if so can someone please supply the code.

    A batch file with "cmd" in it is all you need to open the command prompt window. Without the proper access requirements though you're out of luck.

    If your network is set up anything like mine, you can do the following...

    open notepad, make your command that you wish to run, and on the next line type 'pause'. (this will leave the command prompt open for you to view w/e it is that was being run. ) Save the file as [name].bat and run it. Should work. My school blocked access to command prompt after I looked at some naughty files on their network and got caught, so I ran tons of .bat files to look at stuff and they never notices.

    I was constantly stringing telnet commands and through notepad and they never knew.
