Anyone ever hear of an MPC audio File?

Well, i just found out about this audio compression format. It has supperior quality compared to MP3s and AACs and the file size is about the same,

The compression is so good, its like you are listening to the source. I Ripped a CD into this format, and i really cant tell the difference between CD and MPC.

Looks like this is what i am going to be using from now on. Not only that, but its going to save me a lot of Space on my harddrive, average size per song is only 5mb compared to my high quality (but still not as good) MP3s that come in about 9mb on agerage per song

    Oh and DBPoweramp decodes and encodes this format very well.

    Right now to listen to all my music i use foobar2000 but it also works with winamp, WMP and more.
